Responsibilities include:
- Implementing a plan of care.
- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Recording pertinent information in the patient record.
- Identifying and evaluating the patient's response to health problems and treatments.
- Communicating care needs to others involved in the care.
Requirements of RN's:
- Nursing License required.
