Shift managers lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly experiences for customers while overseeing crew, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Plan and manage shift operations
• Monitor performance and meet McDonald’s standards
• Ensure food safety, inventory management, and daily maintenance
• Manage crew, provide training and coaching
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability
• Handle scheduling and internal communication
• Ensure excellent customer service

• 18 years or older
• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality preferred
