The actual hourly rate will be equal to or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00/hr may also be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Food and Consumable associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
