Job Description:Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, targeted marketing campaigns, and consistent customer engagement. This role works closely with Sales and Marketing toidentifyprospects, develop campaigns, follow up on leads, and drive pipeline growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and qualify opportunities from website activity, web inquiries, marketing leads, and past sales opportunities.
Work with the sales team to develop and execute campaigns targeting specific industries, customer segments, and strategic accounts.
Ensure all campaign contact lists are actively managed and consistently followed up onthrough calls, emails, and CRM activities.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer outreach campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and social media content that supports lead generation efforts.
MaintainaccurateCRM records, track prospect activity, and report on campaign effectiveness and opportunity generation.
Coordinate qualified leads and opportunities with the sales team to ensuretimelycustomer engagement and follow-up.
Experience in inside sales, business development, marketing, or customer engagement.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
Experience with CRM systems, prospecting tools, and marketing platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively across Sales and Marketing teams.
Preferred experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales.
