Senior Accountant - Property Management

We are a growing real estate ownership and property management group with a portfolio of multifamily and mix used assets. We are building a practical and collaborative finance team and are looking for a reliable, hands‑on Senior Property Accountant to support ongoing property and corporate accounting needs.

This role is focused on strong execution, accuracy, and consistency, and works closely with existing finance leadership and ownership.

• Full cycle accounting for assigned properties
• Monthly financial statement preparation and review
• Bank reconciliations and cash tracking
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Rent roll and revenue reconciliation
• Year end support and coordination with external accountants
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting at the property level
• Support new property onboarding and transitions
• Help maintain and improve accounting workflows
• Work collaboratively with the Controller and finance team

• 4 plus years of property accounting experience
• Solid understanding of real estate accounting fundamentals
• Experience with property management accounting systems
• Detail oriented and dependable
• Comfortable following established processes while helping improve them
• Clear communicator and team player
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA is an asset but not required
