Position: Full-Time Accounts Payable Clerk Role
Take your accounting skills to Doman as a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk in Vancouver, BC. This onsite role involves processing invoices and collaborating closely with the Accounts Payable team.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor while managing data entry for approximately 1,000 invoices monthly. Strong analytical skills are essential for identifying unusual invoices and ensuring appropriate approvals for freight invoices. Key Responsibilities:

• Match supplier invoices with receipts for accuracy

• Process invoices and track cash discounts

• Conduct filing and scanning tasks diligently

• Sort Accounts Payable invoices as needed

• Perform General Ledger account reconciliations

Requirements:

• High school diploma is mandatory

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Strong communication skills in English

• Proficiency in using office equipment

• Previous full-cycle accounting experience preferred
