Accounting Clerk Trust Administrator

DWF Group is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join its Vancouver team. The ideal candidate will have over two years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of trust-related tasks, including adhering to Law Society rules. You will also utilize your analytical skills and attention to detail while collaborating with colleagues across Canada for seamless trust management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post disbursements using Copitrak and BC Online
• Handle depositing and disbursing trust funds
• Follow established accounting policies and procedures
• Perform miscellaneous accounting duties as needed
• Collaborate on trust-related tasks with team members
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and client-focused
