• Manage proformas and job cost reports effectively

• Analyze monthly budget variances and cash flows

• Monitor and reconcile budgets and invoices

• Prepare monthly reports for stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position

• Professional Accounting Designation is required

• Real estate development accounting experience preferred

• Proficient in Excel and Yardi software

• Excellent communication skills in team settings
