Join the dynamic Suger team as a Staff Accountant, managing essential financial operations in a hybrid work environment.
This role offers opportunities for process improvement and growth.
In this position, you'll oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, receivable, and preparing journal entries. Your contribution will directly impact our financial structure as we scale in the B2B software marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP and AR
• Prepare journal entries and manage financial records
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives
• Improve accounting workflows and internal controls
• Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of accounting experience in software
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting
• Experience with QBO, Stripe, and Salesforce
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• CPA designation (or in progress) is an advantage
