In this position, you will collaborate closely with project managers, handling vital accounting tasks like job costing and contract management. The role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and effective communication within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and track monthly project-related accounts

• Prepare monthly loan draw packages and cash requests

• Analyze and reconcile intercompany financial transactions

• Lead preparation of monthly working papers for reporting

• Assist with project audits and support team meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience

• Strong Excel skills and Yardi knowledge preferred

• Proven ability to communicate within teams effectively

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
