Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial month-end and year-end closes

• Analyze and communicate financial variances

• Prepare monthly financial statements and work papers

• Oversee operational accounting activities

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• CPA or intention to obtain preferred

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail under pressure
