Lifecycle Accountant

Position: Full Lifecycle Accountant Role
IFS is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to manage variable compensation accounting and support financial reporting duties. This role involves collaboration with Sales Operations and timely processing of accruals.

The General Accountant plays a vital role at IFS, ensuring accuracy in monthly accruals and the alignment of payroll with financial reporting. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accrual accounting, and an aptitude for working with financial software like Xactly Incent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual variable incentive programs

• Validate sales performance data and eligibility for commissions

• Prepare monthly commission accruals per accounting standards

• Collaborate with HR for timely release of payments

• Maintain commission plan documentation and workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong understanding of financial reporting processes

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
