Your Opportunity

Our Vancouver office is looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join the Assurance & Accounting team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Effectively and efficiently handle audit tasks independently or within a team environment
  • Efficiently prepare year‑end engagements and tax returns for clients in a variety of industries
  • Perform audits on a variety of organizations, preparing working papers and financial statements per regulatory standards
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis
  • Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of the team

Your experience and education
  • You have completed your CPA designation or are in the process of completion
  • You have 1‑2 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry
  • You enjoy working with high‑growth and dynamic private and publicly‑listed enterprises
  • You are keen to develop further knowledge about the business, assurance and regulatory requirements of publicly‑listed entities and private businesses
  • You value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work
  • You display strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills
Pay Range

$59,000 – $72,000 per annum
