This position requires expertise in high-volume vendor invoice processing and payment management. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment issues and uphold compliance. You will also maintain organized records of all transactions for efficient retrieval and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and on time

• Code invoices to correct general ledger accounts

• Prepare payments via electronic funds transfer or other methods

• Maintain vendor master data and validate information

• Cultivate positive relationships with vendors for inquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 2 years in high-volume Accounts Payable

• Knowledge of general accounting processes

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
