Position: Corporate Accountant 14-Month Contract
Quad Real seeks a Corporate Accountant for a 14-month contract to manage full cycle accounting processes. Bring your financial expertise to ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.

Join Quad Real's corporate team, where you'll play a vital role in day-to-day accounting functions. This contract role requires three years of finance experience, attention to detail, and strong Excel skills. You'll prepare account reconciliations, assist in audits, and support regulatory filings, contributing to effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle accounting functions including purchases and payables

• Prepare account reconciliations and support monthly bank reconciliations

• Assist with regulatory filings like GST/HST and QST returns

• Review monthly accounting packages from international offices

• Communicate with stakeholders for timely invoice processing

Requirements:

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years in finance accounting/reporting

• Familiarity with Yardi or similar software

• Interest in the real estate industry

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data management
