As the Manager of Global Accounting, you will collaborate closely with the Director to oversee financial reporting and streamline processes across the company’s mining operations. Your role is critical in maintaining accurate financial data and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while promoting operational excellence and governance.

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage timelines for financial closing and reporting accuracy
• Communicate IFRS updates to stakeholders effectively
• Provide mentorship to junior accounting staff

• 6-10 years of relevant accounting experience
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• CPA or equivalent certification is essential
