This dynamic role focuses on improving month-end processes and enhancing documentation standards in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will engage in making accounting processes efficient and support operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle month-end close across multiple entities

• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and working papers

• Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies

• Support intercompany reconciliations and adjustments

• Identify opportunities to enhance accounting efficiency

Requirements:

• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA preferred

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong skills in month-end closure and reconciliation

• Experience in multi-entity environments preferred

• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
