This role demands expertise in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close, while supporting the financial growth of our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will enhance internal controls and drive operational efficiency across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, and reconciliations

• Oversee invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and cash tracking

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting effectively

• Coordinate payroll accounting and employee reimbursements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of accounting experience in a software environment

• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes

• Familiarity with financial systems such as Quick Books Online

• Organized with keen attention to detail

• CPA designation or progress is a plus
