As an Operations Accountant, you will be responsible for all accounting functions tied to shows. Engage with various departments to finalize profit and loss statements, assist with settlements, and maintain financial documentation. This role demands attention to detail while balancing multiple projects in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize and distribute profit and loss statements

• Enter show settlements and reconcile cash flows

• Assist talent department with settlements on show nights

• Verify documentation for audits and compliance

• Implement internal control measures as directed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years’ accounting experience with a focus on reconciliation

• Oracle and Salesforce knowledge is beneficial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PCs

• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
