Position: Junior Accountant at PARC Retirement Living
Support PARC Retirement Living’s mission as a Junior Accountant in Downtown Vancouver. Contribute to meaningful work by ensuring financial accuracy and assisting in day-to-day accounting operations.

This part-time, temporary role involves preparing journal entries, assisting with financial reports, and processing invoices. You will collaborate with the Corporate Services team to maintain financial integrity, investigate vendor discrepancies, and support accounts payable and receivable functions, all while working in a community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and document journal entries on finances

• Assist with internal and external financial reporting

• Process invoices with proper documentation

• Reconcile vendor statements and address issues

• Maintain organized financial records in accordance

Requirements:

• Diploma focused on accounting or equivalent work

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Excel and relevant computer tools

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is advantageous
