Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations within the team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals looking to utilize their skills in a vibrant work environment. Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational abilities, and a foundational understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with AP invoice processing and data entry

• Review and code independent contractor invoices

• Prepare and post journal entries for credit cards

• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for record-keeping

• Support monthly reconciliations and audit documentation

Requirements:

• Completion of accounting or business-related courses

• 1+ year accounting experience preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
