Position: Operations Accountant at Live Nation

In this full-time role, you’ll manage all accounting functions tied to shows, from profit and loss statements to cash float reconciliations. With 3-5 years of accounting experience, you’ll collaborate closely with production teams and artist representatives to ensure all transactions are documented and compliant with audit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize profit and loss statements for shows

• Enter show settlements into accounting systems

• Act as primary contact for talent and production staff

• Reconcile cash floats and complete month-end close

• Prepare artist final settlement wires and venue expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent

• 3-5 years of accounting with reconciliation strengths

• Knowledge of Oracle and/or Salesforce is an asset

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
