At Colliers, you will gain hands-on experience in accounting for payroll, bonuses, and accruals. This position involves supporting timely month-end and year-end processes while developing your skills in a collaborative environment. You will interact with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency related to compensation accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post payroll-related journal entries accurately
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations for compensation accounts
• Assist in preparing working papers and accrual calculations
• Contribute to variance analysis for compensation expenses
• Support audit documentation and maintain clear records
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in accounting or finance roles
• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience with Workday and Payroll systems is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
