Experienced Project Accountant in Fraser Valley

You will handle full cycle accounting, prepare month-end reports, and conduct GST reconciliations across various real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full cycle accounting for multiple projects

• Prepare operational reporting packages monthly

• Conduct month-end journal entries for project portfolio

• Manage billing and cash collection processes

• Assist in training junior accounting staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience

• Real estate accounting experience is preferred

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Sage
300 is beneficial

• Interest in owning and managing projects actively
