Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Compensation Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings

• Post payroll adjustments and prepare compensation journal entries

• Conduct reconciliations for payroll-related accounts

• Help prepare working papers and variance analyses

• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders for inquiries

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Accounting degree required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX is beneficial

• High level of accuracy in handling confidential data

• Initiative to learn and improve accounting processes
