Position: Full-Cycle Property Accountant Needed
Take on an impactful role as a Full-Cycle Property Accountant in a vibrant real estate environment. You will ensure meticulous financial reporting across property portfolios.

This position focuses on managing the entire accounting lifecycle for a varied set of properties. You’ll work closely with property and asset managers while preparing accurate financial reports and coordinating with external stakeholders. A CPA designation and at least five years of relevant experience are essential, as are proficiency in property accounting systems like Yardi and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for property portfolios

• Prepare and review necessary journal entries

• Produce detailed financial reporting for stakeholders

• Coordinate budgets and forecasts with property management

• Reconcile tenant billings, CAM, and property taxes

Requirements:

• Must hold a CPA designation

• 5+ years of experience in property accounting

• Knowledge of property management systems required

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions

• Strong attention to detail and effective communication
