Accountant in Real Estate Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage development accounting tasks and compliance

• Oversee accounts payable and GST filings

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries

• Facilitate intercompany account tracking and reconciling

• Execute monthly loan draw packages and funding requests

Requirements:

• Certified CPA or current CPA student

• 1+ years in development accounting preferred

• Proficient in advanced Excel

• Familiarity with Yardi is a plus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
