Position: Accounts Payable Role with Dilawri
Enhance your accounting career with Dilawri in the Accounts Payable position. Work collaboratively across multiple dealerships to ensure efficient financial operations and timely reporting.

This role reports to the Regional Controller/Accounting Manager and focuses on accurate invoice processing, reconciliation of accounts, and maintaining strong documentation practices. You'll play a critical role in supporting the financial integrity of Canada’s largest automotive group while ensuring compliance across franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter vendor and manufacturer invoices into the CDK system

• Process monthly cheque runs and remittances

• Reconcile all Accounts Receivable-related items

• Investigate discrepancies with sales and service departments

• Maintain organized accounting and office documents

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the full accounting cycle

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Proactive approach to high transaction volumes

• Team-oriented with independent work capabilities

• Experience with the CDK system (asset)
