Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant Role
Join Beedie's Family Office as a Junior Accountant involved in daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks. This role requires detail-oriented and adaptable individuals ready for a collaborative environment.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple entities, assist with month-end closing, and prepare financial statements. An academic background in Accounting, along with proficiency in relevant accounting software, is essential for this position. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate record keeping and reconciliations

• Liaise with vendors to assist onboarding and resolve issues

• Prepare month-end financial statements and reports

• Monitor cash balances and assist with treasury functions

• Support special administrative projects as required

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or equivalent

• Skilled in Quick Books, Netsuite, or Yardi

• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel

• Organized self-starter with problem-solving abilities
