Join Prima Living as an Accounts Payable Specialist in Vancouver, BC, overseeing invoicing and vendor management for our senior living residences. Play a key role in optimizing our processes.
The full-time position involves managing accounts payable for 13 properties, ensuring accuracy in coding invoices and handling vendor inquiries through Yardi Voyager. Your responsibilities will also include payment administration and supporting Yardi Bill Pay optimization. Engage with operational teams and enhance our community's financial management efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process high-volume vendor invoices
• Ensure timely coding and approval of invoices
• Troubleshoot AP workflow issues with Yardi support
• Maintain organized electronic records for compliance
• Process scheduled payment runs for vendors
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in a multi-entity environment
• Strong familiarity with Yardi Voyager
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience in senior living or healthcare is an asset
• Diploma or certificate in Accounting preferred
