Anthem Development and Construction Accountant

Be part of Anthem’s team as a Development and Construction Accountant. This role emphasizes accuracy in financial reporting and collaboration within a driven team.

You will take charge of various accounting aspects for construction projects, ensuring reliable cash management and compliance with company procedures. Your attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will be essential in meeting deadlines while supporting project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development accounting including job costing and reporting

• Prepare loan draw packages and collaborate with consultants

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for financial accuracy

• Track intercompany accounts and support funding requirements

• Carry out ad-hoc analysis as necessary

Requirements:

• Certified CPA or engaged in CPA studies

• Minimum 1 year experience in development accounting

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Yardi beneficial

• Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking effectively

• Exceptional communication skills for team collaboration
