Key Responsibilities:
• Manage workflows for paperless accounts payable systems
• Process and prioritize a high volume of invoices
• Review Master Card expenses for accuracy and coding
• Circulate payments and process cheques or EFTs
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
Requirements:
• Enrollment/completion of a business/accounting program
• At least three years of related experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Possess a strong work ethic and team spirit
Drive efficiencies and enhance financial operations with the Law Society of BC.
