The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will oversee high-volume invoice processing and ensure accuracy in coding and payments, utilizing Yardi Procure-to-Pay. This position also emphasizes continuous improvement initiatives and collaboration with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage high-volume accounts payable transactions

• Use Yardi P2P for invoice validation and coordination

• Resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely payments

• Assist with reporting activities and account reconciliations

• Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years’ related experience

• Strong understanding of payment processes

• Excellent organizational skills to manage workloads
