Position: Project Accountant for Polygon Homes
Enhance your accounting skills with Polygon, a leader in real estate since 1980. This project accountant role focuses on financial reporting, accuracy, and collaboration within a dynamic team.

As a Project Accountant, you will report directly to the Controller in Polygon’s Vancouver office. Your key responsibilities will include financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting both internal and external audit processes. You will also play a vital role in preparing closing documents for residential completions as well as engaging in continuous professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in day-to-day accounting operations

• Liaise with finance and tax teams for smooth reporting

• Support audit preparation and documentation

• Prepare closing documents for completed residential units

• Assist in various ad-hoc accounting tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent

• 0-4 years of accounting or finance experience

• Pursuing CPA designation is a plus

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

• Organizational skills to meet deadlines
