Senior Corporate Accountant at Equinox Gold

In this key position, reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will handle the monthly consolidation of global results and prepare external financial disclosures. A focus on technical accounting will allow you to tackle complex accounting matters and enhance processes for efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare working papers and journal entries for consolidation

• Collaborate with Financial Reporting for accurate data

• Ensure reconciliation of intercompany balances

• Support the preparation of consolidated cash flow statements

• Assist in maintaining SOX compliance and internal controls

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in a progressive accounting role

• Strong knowledge of IFRS for reporting

• Experience with SOX or internal control environments

• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP or One Stream

• CPA certification required
