As a Senior Accountant at Apera AI in Vancouver, you'll own month-end close processes, ensure compliance with GAAP, and support external audits. This hands-on position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from billing and accounts receivable to cash flow management and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes in Net Suite

• Prepare and review detailed journal entries and reconciliations

• Set up new customers in Hub Spot and Net Suite efficiently

• Ensure accurate invoicing and manage the AR subledger

• Oversee payroll and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a SaaS environment

• Proficient in Net Suite and Hub Spot systems

• Strong understanding of GAAP principles

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
