Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily cash receipts and disbursements

• Assist with bank reconciliations for accuracy

• Post customer payments and apply to invoices

• Generate and send invoices while maintaining AR schedules

• Prepare reconciliations and documentation for audits

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Business, Finance, or Accounting program

• Proficient in Office applications, especially Excel

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
