We're looking for a candidate with 1–3 years of experience in account administration, particularly in retail or B2B environments. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you'll ensure timely receivables by managing billing, reconciliations, and communication with clients. Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post payments accurately and reconcile outstanding AR balances
• Monitor account payments and resolve billing discrepancies
• Create and send client invoices daily
• Provide regular aging AR status updates to management
• Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of account administration experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field
