Northland Properties Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their Resorts Accounting Team. This full-time role, reporting to the Controller, emphasizes full cycle accounting, financial analysis, and effective internal controls. Ideal candidates will possess a CPA designation, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficient skills in Excel and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full cycle accounting operations for the Resorts Division

• Prepare financial updates and essential reports

• Collaborate with operations management on accounting issues

• Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations

• Maintain effective internal controls and propose improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• CPA designation or equivalent required

• Strong experience in full-cycle accounting

• Exceptional financial analysis and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
