You will oversee all accounting functions for our four related entities in Canada, reporting directly to the CEO. This position requires managing payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting while strengthening internal controls. Your background in multi-entity accounting and payroll administration will be invaluable as you help streamline our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Canada-restricted accounting for four entities

• Oversee payroll for 90+ employees

• Execute month-end close and report financials

• Review output from both Canadian and offshore teams

• Coordinate payments for 130+ medical providers

Requirements:

• CPA designation in good standing

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Proficient in Quick Books Online and advanced Excel

• Experience managing remote accounting teams

• Public practice background at a CPA firm
