Position: Senior Accountant for Projects at PATH
Join PATH Developments as a Senior Project Accountant and help shape real estate projects in Richmond, British Columbia. In this full-time position, you'll ensure accurate project accounting and financial reporting.

With over 12,000 residential units delivered, PATH Developments is expanding and values loyalty and excellence. As a Senior Project Accountant, you’ll handle cycle accounting, quarterly reports, and assist in budget management across various developments. Your proactive nature and attention to detail will directly influence project success and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle accounting for various projects

• Assist with preparation of quarterly investor reports

• Coordinate monthly updates on budgets and forecasts

• Liaise with teams regarding project milestones

• Implement and manage internal controls for project accounting

Requirements:

• CPA and bachelor’s degree in accounting required

• At least three years of accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Sage Intacct knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Strong prioritization and attention to detail
