As a Payroll Analyst at NPC, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll accounting and enhancing payroll procedures.

Your role will support the finance team by providing insights into payroll variances while adhering to compliance with federal and provincial regulations. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting, and familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Dayforce will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post payroll accounting entries in Dynamics 365 timely

• Reconcile payroll balance sheet and expense accounts

• Address inquiries about payroll costs with sound business rationale

• Drive improvements in payroll processes

• Support timely payroll for diverse employee groups

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Payroll, Accounting, or Finance

• 2-3 years in payroll processing

• Experience with Canadian payroll legislation

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
