As an Accounting Administrator, your main focus will include assisting with credit card reconciliations, overseeing invoice submissions, and responding to accounts payable inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate coding of invoices on Beanworks

• Process and account for corporate credit card payments

• Validate employee expense claims against our policy

• Monitor the AP inbox for internal and vendor inquiries

• Participate in general ledger reconciliations and report discrepancies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in accounts payable field

• Degree or diploma in accounting or finance

• Understanding of accounting principles and industry regulations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in advanced Excel and accounting software
