In this role, you will coordinate the full accounts payable process including collecting, coding, and approving invoices. Your ability to manage data entry, vendor inquiries, and reconciliations will be essential. This position welcomes a self-starter with 1-2 years of AP experience, ideally in real estate, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate invoice collection, coding, and approvals
• Sort, match, and scan invoices for record-keeping
• Perform accurate data entry into the AP system
• Facilitate cheque signing and mailing distribution
• Maintain organized vendor files in the accounting database
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of AP/AR experience, preferably in real estate
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of Yardi is an asset
