Controller Cycle Accounting

Position: Controller for Full Cycle Accounting
Drive accounting excellence as a Controller, managing all accounting functions, payroll, and financial statement preparation. This role demands a minimum of five years' experience and a CPA designation.

As a Controller, you will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, vendor invoices, and bank reconciliations. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the Chart of Accounts and General Ledger while preparing timely monthly and annual financial statements. You'll also manage the preparation of various reports, cash flow analyses, and audits, ensuring compliance across all accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle accounting and payroll functions

• Oversee vendor invoice processing and payments

• Review bank reconciliations and financial statements

• Maintain accounting filing systems and Chart of Accounts

• Liaise with Head Office regarding finance matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of mid-senior accounting experience

• CPA designation required

• Knowledge of Visual Effects industry is a plus

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
