Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily trust accounting operations and associated workflows
• Review and approve all trust transactions including electronic transfers
• Perform monthly trust reconciliations and assist with reports
• Support closings, payouts, and trust-related financial activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and firm policies
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of trust accounting experience in law firms
• Supervisory or mentoring experience considered an advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
