Global Accounting Manager at Flipp

In this critical Manager role, you will oversee key accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reports and supporting compliance activities. With a focus on month-end close processes and team development, you will collaborate across functions to enhance accounting practices ong technical expertise in IFRS and leadership skills will be vital as you support our post-merger integration and continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Oversee and supervise daily accounting activities

• Review journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls

• Analyze financial results for completeness and accuracy

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in accounting

• CPA or equivalent international designation preferred

• Strong knowledge of IFRS in multi-entity environments

• Experience with ERP systems and process improvements
