This role is designed for professionals with over five years of payroll and accounting experience. You will report directly to the CFO, managing comprehensive payroll processing across provinces and overseeing various office operations. Your contributions will ensure compliance and accuracy while enhancing the overall financial operations of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for 120+ employees
• Handle employee benefits administration and statutory obligations
• Process T4s, RL-1s, and support payroll audits
• Prepare payroll reporting, variance analysis, and insights
• Supervise office operations and support administrative functions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in finance
• At least 4 years of accounting experience
• Office administration experience is beneficial
• PCP or PLP certification is an asset
• Office presence required five days a week
