This role at Epic focuses on bookkeeping and providing crucial administrative support. You will work on accounts receivable, payroll, and maintain accurate contract and employee records. Communication with clients and vendors will also be key, along with your ability to generate financial reports on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Process payroll and manage cash flow projections
• Maintain updated contract and employee records
• Facilitate communication with clients and vendors
• Provide administrative support and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred
• Minimum of 5 years full cycle bookkeeping experience
• Expert level proficiency in Quick Books 2013
• Understanding of service-based accounting principles
• Knowledge of HR procedures and contract management
