Position: Covenant House Senior Accountant Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for payroll processing, reconciliation tasks, and supporting the budget process at Covenant House Vancouver. Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day payroll inquiries efficiently

• Conduct month-end reconciliations including bank tasks

• Monitor budget variances and maintain ledger accounts

• Aid in developing accurate Workday reporting

• Assist managerial staff during audits and budgeting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Familiarity with financial software like Workday

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
